If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.      

1. Compliance with App Store and Google Play Store Terms 

This App is subject to the terms of service of the platform through which you downloaded it (the "App Store Terms" or "Google Play Store Terms"). You agree to comply with both these Terms and the applicable App Store Terms or Google Play Store Terms.                                                           

2. Age Restrictions

Virtual Currency can be purchased with real money through In-App Purchases. 6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lab Verz and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and international treaties. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lab Verz.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

7. Links to Other Websites

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Sites"). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Sites. You acknowledge and agree that Lab Verz shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of any Third-Party Sites.

 8. Termination


We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of "International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) ", without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in [insert location of arbitration], and the arbitration award may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LAB VERZ MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.


11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAB VERZ, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF LAB VERZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 
12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.


13. Changes to Terms of Service


We reserve the right to update, modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
